Our company operates Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95. We typically ship orders within 48 hours.

Lost Packages: We are not liable for lost packages. We encourage you to double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused, and Lost Packages: If our carrier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, we may reship it at your expense, including any fees incurred for the return. If you opt not to have it reshipped, we will refund you, minus restocking, and shipping/handling fees.

If you wish to cancel the shipment, we will refund the item(s) cost minus the shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee and any carrier fees for the return will be charged.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. If you receive a defective or incorrect item: please contact us at orders@irunners.com within three days of receiving the item(s) to request a return authorization. After authorization, please return the item(s) within seven business days from the time of authorization.

Please note that K5 is not suitable for return due to health and hygienic reasons once it has been used.
